One of my old tutorials that got taken down before. I decided to re-add it as a scrap. For beginners in PhotoShop, but should be able to be done in other programs.

I'm assuming you're a beginner? If so, not bad, but room for improvement. I'd say this tutorial is bad though, considering the quality of most beginner tuts these days. Just search around and I'm sure you'll find tuts that can help you much more than mine can.
